BULLET FITNESS CLASS

If you want to improve your cardiovascular fitness this is for you. A HIIT session to top all others. Expect to sweat, ache and burn calories. A variety of exercises designed to get, and keep, the heart rate up for a full 45 minutes. As a bonus – and because we’re doing this properly – you’ll be getting a healthy dose of muscular endurance thrown in.
