The Sleep Doctor is coming to The Train Station Gym
The Train Station Gym has teamed up with Mr Adrian Williams who is THE SLEEP DOCTOR in UK.
Dr. Adrian Williams is the UK's first Professor of Sleep Medicine with a lifetime of experience in the field and he has agreed to give a talk on Thursday 5th September at 7.30pm about best sleep practices and how exercise and sleep play a vital role in our wellbeing. You'll have the opportunity to ask him any questions and learn about techniques that will improve your sleep and thus give you more energy to cope with the demands of daily life.
