Fav food: Roast potatoes. Just because they are my favourite, doesn’t mean I eat them often but I would given the chance.
Fav cheat technique: adding reps onto my weight training when I train alone so I can get out quicker and get into HIIT which is much more my kind of training. I just find traditional style weight training boring personally.
Night time tipple: of late it’s been boiled water with freshly squeezed lemon. If I’m feeling adventurous I’ll squeeze the lemon into a vodka and tonic instead!
Biggest vice: the only one I’m willing to tell about is Tunnocks Tea Cakes.
Fav exercise: my own hybrid dumbbell burpee/renegade row to shoulder press. Hardcore!
Worst exercise: bicep curls or tricep extensions. Do pull-ups or dumbbell pullover to torch multiple muscles at the same time.
Earliest sporting memory: probably the egg and spoon race or the three legged race at school sports day.
