This is a really great gym. The brilliant team makes sure it knows every member. So they all know whether you want to run faster, ride further, lift more, get season ready or simply become fitter and they work with you to get you there. There is something here for everyone from spin to yoga to weightlifting and they keep it varied and fun. You simply don’t get bored. There is only one rule : try harder and do more every time.

TTS has been an invaluable place for me to train over the last few years and their support has been fundamental in my development as an athlete. The variety of classes means you get a real balance between cardio and weight training based upon your needs, and all the trainers are superb.
